The professional figures sought are:
  • Asset Manager
    • The Asset Manager is the key role of doValue. This figure is entrusted with the management of non-performing loan portfolios, both in the out-of-court and judicial phase, making use of the collaboration of external professionals. The Asset Manager takes care of the analysis of practices, the development of business plans, the activation of the most suitable recovery strategies and the management of operational activities aimed at maximizing the predetermined results. doValue Junior Asset Managers are selected through a project called Academy.
  • Analyst portfolio
    • He deals with strategic planning and performance control in support of the core business and company management. The portfolio analyst ensures the monitoring of assets under management, business planning of portfolios, reporting and modeling, market data analysis and Due Diligence activities. The main skills required are: Degree in Economics, Statistics or Engineering, excellent knowledge of Excel and SQL, command of the English language.
  • UTP restructuring analyst 
    • The UTP analyst carries out economic / financial analyzes, industrial plans and liquidation plans, financial modeling, business planning, cash management activities, as well as evaluation and implementation of debt restructuring strategies, detailed reporting to management, Investors, Banks and internal committees. The main requirements for this role are: a degree in law or economics, good knowledge of the legal and legal aspects related to debt restructuring, excellent knowledge of English.
