The selection process and the steps to follow:
Submit your application for the position of your interest
We carry out the first screening based on the fundamental requirements of the position: professional experience, specializations and / or certifications, educational qualifications, language skills.
CV analysis and contact of candidates
If you meet the essential requirements, you will be contacted for a phone interview. We will discuss in the job opportunity and requirements for the position in further details and we will give you an appointment for a one-to-one interview.
Let’s get to know each other. One of our Recruiters will guide you on a short journey to discover doValue and to understand if you have the characteristics we are looking for to be part of our Group.
We are looking for the right person to place in the right place. Our Managers will assess your skills and experience for the role and you will be able to tell them about yourself, the technical skills you have acquired over the years, as well as the overall experience you gained. For some positions you may be required to perform tests or business cases.
Job Interview with the People Partner
The final interview is the last step of the selection process. You will meet the People Partner dedicated to the area in which you will be placed. The People Partner will be your point of reference on all human resources matters from the moment you join the Group and throughout your experience in doValue.
Outcome of the interviews
At the end of the process, the “best in class” are chosen: the candidates that meet at most with the characteristics we are looking for. We are committed to communicating the final outcome of the selection process to everyone.
