The professional profiles we are looking for in Italy:
  • Asset Manager

    • The Asset Manager is the key role of doValue. This professional is entrusted with the management of non-performing loan portfolios, both in the out-of-court and judicial phase, using f the collaboration of external professionals. The Asset Manager conducts the analysis of the loan positions, developments the recovery business plans, activates the most suitable recovery strategies and manages the operational activities aimed at maximizing the predetermined results.
The main technical skills required are experience in managing non performing corporate bank loans through judicial and non-judicial collection activities. Knowledge of enforcement and insolvency procedures and real estate valuation.
In addition soft skills required include: determination, negotiation and problem solving attitude, decision making, result orientation, and flexibility. Junior Asset Managers are selected through a specific selection and training  project called Academy.
  • Analyst portfolio

    • The Portfolio Analyst deals with the strategic planning and performance control of the loan positions to support the core business teams and the company’s management. The main activities of the Portfolio Analyst include monitoring the assets under management, preparing business plans of the portfolios, reporting and modeling, market data analysis and Due Diligence activities. The main skills required are: Degree in Economics, Statistics or Engineering, excellent knowledge of Excel and SQL, command of the English language.
      In addition soft skills required include: determination, problem solving attitude, result orientation, and flexibility. 
  • UTP restructuring analyst 

    • The UTP Restructuting Analyst carries out economic / financial analysis, industrial plans and liquidation plans, financial modeling, business planning, cash management activities, as well as evaluation and implementation of debt restructuring strategies, detailed reporting to Management, Investors, Banks and internal committees. The main requirements for this role are: a degree in law or economics, good knowledge of the legal and legal aspects related to debt restructuring, excellent knowledge of English. In addition soft skills required include: determination, negotiation and problem solving attitude, decision making, result orientation, and flexibility.
