Leadership consolidated over time
doValue S.p.A. is the new company name from 2019 of doBank S.p.A..
doValue, at first doBank, was established in 2015 following the acquisition of UCCMB - Unicredit Credit Management Bank S.p.A. by funds affiliated to Fortress. In 2016 doBank acquired 100% of Italfondiario, now doNext, one of the main operators in Italy in the field of outsourced management of performing and non-performing loans: hence the birth of the doBank Group, today doValue Group.
Today the Group consists of doValue, doNext, doData and doSolutions.
From July 2017 the doValue Group, already doBank, is listed on the Milan Stock Exchange (MTA).

Establishment of Italfondiario, operating as banking until 1999.
Italfondiario a credit management company.
Fortress buys a share in Italfondiario, and starts transforming it into a special servicer
Italfondiario is taken over 100% by Fortress and the development phase is begun.
Italfondiario takes over Intesa Gestione Crediti and becomes the leading Italian servicer. Italfondiario signs a contract for the management of all non-performing loans ai Banca Intesa.
Business relations developed with leading banks.
Italfondiario creates the Small Ticket division through the acquisition of Gextra.
The Sestante transaction is finalised, constituting the first substitution of a servicer in Europe and involving four RMBS portfolios at once.
Italfondiario develops its real estate business unit.
Establishment of Italfondiario RE
In 2013, the company exceeds 34 billion euros' worth of assets under management, with more than 350,000 accounts receivable.
Establishment of IBIS, a company specialising in Business Information
Beginning of the partnership in the BCC segment through the acquisition of 45% share capital of BCC Gestione Crediti.
Acquisition of Italfondiario by doBank thus setting up the largest Group specialized in NPL-related management services: the doBank Group.
doBank Group is listed on the Italian Stock Exchange
Italfondiario after 130 years of history changes its name and becomes doNext, to express modernity and dynamism.
