Our People represent the main asset of our Group. The enhancement and development of their professionalism are strategic driver to ensure innovation and sustainable growth.
doValue now has more than 1,000 employees in Italy and over 3,000 as a Group.

In doValue Group over 74% of employees are between the ages of 30-50. We have a strong female presence, with around 57,7% female employees.

Our Employee Value Proposition

Within our company, we strengthen people development, ensuring a work environment that encourages good performance, commitment, responsibility, excellence and continuous improvement.
Our people work on a diverse environment where they are happy to share their experience and talent with their teams, they feel valued, and are committed to participate on creating the place where they all want to work.
Since 2020, all of our people have participated in an annual Engagement Survey, where action plans in order to implement various initiatives aiming to increase the engagement and job satisfaction in our people, on various issues that include Corporate Culture, Brand, Communication, Smart Working, Training, Development and much more. We have also set up a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee, at a Group level, to foster a highly qualified, diverse and inclusive working environment. A Committee to set the basis to encourage diverse ideas, perspectives and points of view.
These initiatives are leveraged at a local level, for instance in Italy we have set up the Diversity & Inclusion Committee, a place for a transparent discussion on inclusion issues.

For years we have been supporting members of “Valore D”, the first Italian National Association that promotes Gender Diversity and Inclusion within companies.
In Spain, Altamira, part of doValue Group, has established the Equality Opportunity Plan which favors an inclusive workplace and has adopted a protocol that guarantees an environment free of disputes and inconvenience (Harassment Prevention Protocol)
There is ongoing specific training on Diversity & Inclusion, highlighting in 2021 unconscious bias training in Spain and an specific training course for the Diversity & Inclusion Committee in Italy.
 
doValue also invests in our people’s growth by fostering a culture based on learning and continuous improvement, in which potential is developed, performance is reviewed and feedback is encouraged and appreciated. We are driven by a goal oriented and feedback culture.
As for Compensation & Benefits, we offer a Total Rewards model that is aligned to our people´s needs, being flexible, competitive with the marketplace, and internally equitable.
We are also committed and strive to create working conditions that promote work-life balance and employee wellbeing as we consider them to be key for our employees to be their best at what they do.

People Engagement Survey

The second edition of the People Engagement Survey was launched in the fourth quarter of 2021, whose ESG results helped update the materiality matrix.
Many colleagues voluntarily participated in the People Engagement Survey 2021 Action Plan to define concrete actions.  
The participation has been of 86%.

Graduate traineeship and apprenticeship program

doValue is committed to bringing young people closer to the world of work by offering internships and apprenticeships in cooperation with universities.
In particular, agreements were concluded in Italy in 2021 with the main Italian universities for the selection and placement of resources for a total of 13 active stages.
In Spain, Altamira offered two training programmes (Promoción y Desarrollo Inmobiliario and Programa Superior de Dirección Inmobiliaria y Financiera), while in Portugal it offered two apprenticeship programmes: the first in the real estate sector and the second in Business Intelligence, developed internally with the support of experienced employees.
In Cyprus, the company offered positions to students focusing on Finance, Economics and Accounting, in collaboration with the University of Cyprus.
