He is born in Rome on 31 March 1961, graduated in Business and Economics with the highest distinction from “La Sapienza” University in Rome. 
He has been a Regular Statutory Auditor of doValue S.p.A. (formerly doBank S.p.A.) since October 2015. 
He is qualified to practice as a public accountant and he is registered with the Registry of Statutory Auditors. 
He has accrued significant experience in the field of financial intermediaries, also holding positions in credit companies subject to extraordinary administration and compulsive administrative liquidation. He has been a CONSOB Commissioner and a Ministerial Commissioner with stockbrokers in state of insolvency. In relation to the application of the determination of the United Nations Security Council Resolution no. 1747(2007), the Financial Safety Committee of the Ministry of Economy and Finance appointed him to work alongside the legal representative of the Italian branch of Bank Sepah IRAN for the performance of the authorised operations. 
He operates as a technical consultant to Public Ministries with Public Prosecutors and District Anti-Mafia Directorates, with particular reference to the determination of economic and financial crimes as well as the assessment of Organisational, Management and Control Models in pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/01

He is born in Rotonda (PZ) on 28 July 1954 and graduated from Naples University in Business and Economics; he has been qualified to practise as a public accountant since 1980 and has been registered in Rome’s Order of Public Accountants since 1984, the Register of technical consultants with the Tribunal of Rome since 1988 and the Register of Statutory Auditors with Ministerial Decree of 12/04/1995 published in the Official Gazette of 21/04/1995, special series no. 31/bis. 
He has held the position of associate in the Bonifacio – De Magistris accountancy firm in Rome since 1994. 
He has held and continues to hold auditor positions with numerous corporations (Gruppo Atlantia Spa, Gruppo Bulgari Spa, Gruppo ASPI, Gruppo Italgraphica Srl, Gruppo Acea Spa, Gruppo 
Leonardo Spa, Gruppo Morgan Stanley, Gruppo Poste Italiane S.p.A., Gruppo doValue). Appointed by Bank of Italy as member of the Surveillance Committee for bankruptcy proceedings of Bank Institutes. 
In October 2003 he was appointed Judicial Commissioner by the Milan Tribunal for Gruppo Tecnosistemi Spa, and was subsequently confirmed by the Ministry for Productive Activities as Extraordinary Commissioner. 
He is a consultant for the Bankruptcy Tribunal in Rome for corporate and asset valuations and accounting audits. 
He is a consultant for the Civil Tribunal in Rome, voluntary jurisdiction, in the context of procedures for estimates and valuations of corporate contributions. 
He has been a member of Boards of Vigilance, among which that of ATAC S.p.A., and he is still a member of those pertaining to doValue Group companies and Torre SGR S.p.A. From the 1995/1996 to the 2000/2001 academic year, he held the role of Contract Professor in General and Applied Accounting with the Faculty of Economics in the second University of Naples.

Born in Monselice (PD) on 7 December 1983, was awarded a degree in Business and Economics and a Master degree in Business and Law from the University of Padova. 
She qualified to practise as a public accountant in July 2011, and she has been registered in section A of the Milan’s Order of Public Accountants and Commercial Experts (registration number 8277) since 7 September 2011. 
She qualified to practice as statutory auditor on 8 January 2013. She is registered in the Statutory Auditors Registry (registration no. 167377), Official Gazette no. 2 of 8 January 2013. 
From April 2018 to April 2021, she was Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors and of the Supervisory Body pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 of doValue S.p.A., a company in which she currently holds the position of Standing Auditor and Chairman of the Supervisory Body pursuant to Legislative Decree Legislative Decree 231/2001. 
She holds and has held positions as a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors in various important companies (also listed on the Euronext Growth Milan Market) operating in a wide range of sectors, from manufacturing to finance, from information technology to energy, from consultancy to communication design. 
She has held and still holds assignments as a Statutory Auditor. She has been practicing the profession of Chartered Accountant since 2011, in partnership with leading corporate and tax consultancy office in Milan, where she has consolidated significant 
expertise and professionalism in corporate, tax and budgetary consultancy to SME companies and nationally important business groups, in the supervisory activity of the Board of Statutory 
Auditors of listed companies, in corporate governance issues, and in the management and organization of the professional office. 
Since 2023 she has held the position of Associate at Studio Lexat in Milan. 

Alternate Statutory Auditor of doValue S.p.A. (formerly doBank S.p.A.)

Sonia Peron, born in Padua on 26 December 1970, graduated in Business and Economics at the University of Bologna and in Law at the University of Parma.

She is a Public Accountant, registered in the Order of Public Accountants of Padua (registration no. 01027), and registered in the Registry of Statutory Auditors (registration no. 166217) since 8 June 2012.

She has been a member of the Board Of Statutory Auditors of Mazars Italia S.p.A., an auditing firm, since 2015.

From 2002 to 2017, she held the position of Financial and Legal Advisor in the sectors of Real Estate Finance and Extraordinary Finance and Debt Restructuring.

An expert on the subject of Economics of Financial Intermediaries with the Department of Economics of the University of Parma, she has carried out numerous teaching activities on the subject of banking and finance.

She is the author of publications in the field of real estate finance.

Born in Naples on April 19, 1958, he graduated with honors in Economics and Commerce from the University of Rome in March 1981. He is a member of the Order of Chartered 

Accountants of Rome since 1983, and of the Register of Statutory Auditors since 1988, in the Register of Technical Consultants at the Court of Rome since 1989 and in the Register of Auditors since 1995. In 1994 he established the Studio Bonifacio - De Magistris in Rome, where he holds the position of founding partner.
