Sustainability for the doValue Group
The doValue Group considers it essential to disseminate and share its culture of Sustainability with all Stakeholders, which has always been based on the values of integrity, responsibility and respect for people, aiming to strengthen its commitment to create shared value in the long term.
Sustainability is understood as responsible growth and aimed at integrating economic-financial value and sustainable value with the aim of generating shared value.
For several years the Company has embarked on a path to include more and more Sustainability in its business processes through the listening to and analysing the expectations of our Stakeholders, fundamental pillar in order to identify the areas we should direct our Corporate Social Responsibility strategy, encouraging the sustainable development of the financial system.
A milestone in this path, started in 2016, is the publication of the first Sustainabilty Plan of the Group, that will guide the Group towards the achievement of objectives aimed at generating long-term sustainable value for shareholders, investors, employees, customers and communities.
These are the three areas of our Sustainability path, that inspired all the initiatives promoted by the Group aiming to the creation of shared value:
The Group’s leadership and its focus on stability and sustainability of the financial system is confirmed by the ESG ratings awarded by leading international agencies.
The doValue ESG framework is currently rated by: MSCI ESG Ratings (rated “AA”), Sustainalytics (rated “low risk”) and Vigeo Eiris (rated “limited risk”).

We represented the results obtained during the 2021 in the 2021 Consolidated Non-Financial Statement.
The Non-Financial Statement has been prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards, Core option, provided by the Global Reporting Initiative Sustainability Reporting Standards defined in 2016 by the GRI - Global Reporting Initiative (“GRI Standards”), and follows the principles defined by the manual “GRI Standards: 101 Reporting Principles”, and in particular those of materiality, Stakeholder inclusiveness, sustainability context and completeness.
