Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Our D&I Council works every day to create a working environment that leverages diversity and an inclusive culture to support individual and organizational growth by promoting a respectful environment where everyone can bring their their authentic selves, with particular attention to Gender, Disability, Generation and Multiculturalism.
In 2021 we ntroduced a solid training program across the Group addressing topics related to Diversity and Inclusion.
Improving and promoting the diversity and social inclusion of all, regardless of age, gender, disability, race, ethnicity, origin, religion, economic or other status is one of the macro objectives of the Sustainability strategy incorporated in the 2024-2026 industrial plan.
doValue promotes gender equality and inclusion by carrying out a series of initiatives aimed at creating a strong internal balance and a work environment that respects diversity and is non-discriminatory.
The Group’s attention to issues of diversity and equal opportunities is also reflected in the offer of part-time employment contracts, aimed at ensuring adequate flexibility to facilitate the reconciliation of life-work times.
Regarding "For People" pillar, the Group has also set specific objectives in the D&I area, such as:

• Join the Great Place to Work Engagement Survey with target participation of 70%
• Gender equality certification (Bloomberg Index)
For years we have supported "Valore D", the first Italian national association that promotes diversity and gender inclusion in companies.
